I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Mindfulness-based interventions. My goal is to help clients develop effective coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and build resilience through every stage of their healing journey.

My areas of specialty include the treatment and psychological assessment of individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), as well as supporting clients experiencing post-partum depression, trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
