REBECCA LAARZ M.C.,
Registered Provisional Psychologist
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who practices from a feminist, trauma-informed, and person-centred perspective. I am passionate about supporting all people, but my passion lies in supporting women and marginalized individuals, helping them navigate the challenges and transitions that life brings while acknowledging the social and systemic factors that shape their experiences.
I work with adults on issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, body image, self-esteem, and the emotional shifts that can come with perimenopause. I also support children, particularly those navigating ADHD, learning differences, and social-emotional challenges.
I am trained in EMDR and strive to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Psychoeducational assessments are an important part of my work, helping families understand each child’s unique strengths, needs, and learning profile. Whether working with children or adults, my goal is to walk alongside clients with compassion, respect, and encouragement as they build resilience and move toward meaningful growth.
