Dania Al-Sultan

Psychology Intern Counsellor

Dania is currently available for new clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, including evening appointments.

I’ve always been interested in understanding people and the complexity of the human mind, especially the experiences that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. There is also a strong cultural and social-justice component to my work, with a particular interest in supporting people whose experiences may be misunderstood, overlooked, or difficult to speak openly about.

My therapy style is warm and collaborative, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel safe and supported while exploring their experiences at their own pace. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and an understanding that building a genuine therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process.

My additional training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused ACT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and Level 2, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) Essentials.
