Affordable Therapy

in Edmonton

At Creating Solutions, we believe that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Whether you're navigating a difficult period or seeking long-term support, our goal is to make quality care available to all, no matter your budget.

Affordable Counselling Options in Edmonton

The cost of quality mental health services can prevent many from getting the support they need. Therapy and counselling often come with hefty price tags, making them inaccessible for those without insurance or stable income. This financial barrier can lead to untreated anxiety, depression, trauma, and other serious issues. At Creating Solutions, we recognize that mental health is an essential part of life. That’s why we’re committed to offering affordable alternatives, so no one has to choose between their well-being and their wallet.

How Affordable Therapy Can Make a Difference

Boosting Self-Esteem & Confidence: Counselling can be a powerful tool for improving self-esteem by helping challenge negative self-beliefs, build confidence, and develop a more compassionate inner voice. With the guidance of a trained therapist, you can explore the roots of low self-worth, learn to set healthy boundaries, and start viewing yourself with greater acceptance and respect.

Managing Change and Life Transitions: whether you are facing career changes, parenthood, the ending of a relationship, or retirement, therapy can help ease these transitions and build resiliencies.

Learning and ADHD Assessments: the right assessment process can help someone learn how to work with themselves rather than continuing to struggle to be who they aren’t. These assessments look at cognitive strengths and weaknesses and internal processes to provide tools and resources for adults and children to thrive in life.

Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills for Children: children often struggle to express their emotions verbally. Activity-based therapy provides a safe way to communicate, process difficult events, and learn effective coping strategies for stress, trauma, or other behaviour challenges.

Improving Communication & Rebuilding Trust in Relationships– Many relationship issues come from misunderstandings or ineffective communication. Counselling provides a safe space to address these issues and rebuild a foundation of honesty and reliability.

Healing From Trauma and Loss: therapy offers a safe place to process past pain and find ways to move forward with strength and resilience.
