Creating Solutions has developed groups for individuals, couples and families seeking cost saving and therapeutically effective solution to their life’s concerns. Groups use the same strategic solution focused approach developed and mastered at Creating Solutions. The group format offers the skilled clinician facilitating the group’s interaction so that personal experiences and insights create useful and meaningful solutions that can be used by each member.

As with all counselling the goal is to assist the client to develop new skills and enhance present skills to move from “reacting in” a situation to “respond thoughtfully through” various situations.
