     Creating Solutions Inc. can provide a qualified therapist at a company’s office or specified work site to meet counselling needs due to one time crisis management or staff counselling needs. On site services allows the employer to ensure staff needs are met without losing leave of absence of staff due to meet specific employer / employee needs and budgets.


Grief Counselling


Industrial accidents resulting in the death or severe harm of a staff member can have a debilitating affect on an individual or group of staff. CSI can dispatch a counsellor to a worksite for a one time or special period to meet identified needs. Counselling can be provided in either group or on an individual basis depending on the employer’s need or situation. Follow-up services are available as required.


Crisis Management


Sometime crisis occurs through labour – management disputes, natural or industrial accidents. These events can cause various emotional responses that require specialized counselling and support to moderate a tense situation. Creating Solutions can provide a specialist therapist / mediator to assist in bringing practical resolution to crisis situations. Services can also include consultation with one of our mediators or psychologists to review organizational planning to avert potential crises.


Short-Term Counselling


Creating Solutions can provide a on-site counsellor on a regular schedule to offer open door / drop in counselling, resources provision and education for staff of medium to large business that can not afford a full time EAP coordinator or counsellor.
This service allows the benefit to the employee to receive skilled short-term solution focused counselling for simple personal or work related issues, information about community based resources and vocational education with out leaving the work site. The employer benefits by having a skilled practitioner available to help employees address personal issues before they become disciplinary matter. The regularly scheduled on-site drop approach helps employers with time management of staff appointments, maintain productivity and utilize skill expertise in a cost effective manner.
