Creating Solutions’ offices are located in the west end of Edmonton with easy access to both the Anthony Henday and Whitemud Freeways. The offices offer a homelike feeling with ample parking and handicapped access for clients. Clients can make appointments either during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) or in special circumstance during the evening or Saturday mornings.

Counselling

Counselling is the hallmark service of CSI. As noted under Counselling & Psychological Services <<link>> clients can access a variety of services to meet their need.

Training and Education

Creating Solutions also has several spaces that allow for training and education. Whether for counsellor education/training, mediation or workshops our facility can comfortable handle groups of up to 25.

Home - Based Counselling

CSI is able to provide counselling services in the client’s home. This service is unique an allows the client the create privacy and discreteness of counselling rather than attending a public building. Many of CSI services are available for the home situation.
There is a supplemental charge for all services that are home based.
